Great location. A bit far to walk to Hakata Station but overall very nice and space wise good. There is even a machine downstairs to get warm meals.

honestly, area was outside at night was dimlit was a little scary. no public transportation so had to walk everytime to the station. we took a cab at night to return here because we didnt want to walk dark streets. great amenities but there was an issue for me in regards to the bedding - i started itching. my family was ok but i guess i could have benefited to hypoallergenic beddings.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. I was traveling with family. Including myself, we had 3 adults and 2 kids and it was a perfect space for us. We didn’t feel cramped at all and having the kitchenette/washer dryer inside our room was everything and more. We didn’t mind the walk to the station because there was FamilyMart along the way, which we also loved. We hope to stay here again in the future!!! Mahalo!!!

It is located in a quiet neighbourhood. While the room’s conditions are very good and well maintained, it may not be convenient for those who do not drive.

The room was well maintained, clean and amenities were all great. There was a microwave, kettle, stove, utensils, washing machine, air fryer, toothbrushes, razors, body towel. There was even a projector in the room for viewing tv and YouTube programs. There is a carpark in front of the hotel and available on first come first serve basis. However based on the 2 nights we stayed (Fri and Sat) the lot was never filled up completely. The only and main complaint is that the hotel is pretty far away from any transport hubs or stops, and the walk is quite a distance (1km or 15mins) away, hence we have to plan completing our activities for the day before going back to the room, which kind of defeats the purpose of staying near Hakata station,

The overall condition is good, but some areas need cleaning improvement: 1. There is some hair on one of the pillows. 2. There is a lot of dust on the black-edge countertops next to the beds. 3. The smell of disinfectant on the comforter is very strong.

It is a dirty room. We found blood mark on the bedding, used amenity package on the cupboard. The building is in a very quiet residual area, but it is too dark nearby. It takes around 10 mins walking to Hakata station.
