There are signs urging guests to maintain the upkeep (almost to the point of almost hostility since there are signs everywhere but I believe they may have had some poor guests previously). Overall excellent but would be nice to have a place to relax, wind down, and meet other guests

Nice place, very convenient access to JR Hakata

It takes some getting used to, not having a locker or somewhere to secure my luggage contents and backpack. Luckily, the bed area is big enough that I can keep some of my stuff there. And there are a lot of security cameras around. However, the male bathroom doesn't have any place to put my clean clothes down. Or a hook to hang up the towel. The only thing in there is a basket where the bath mat is kept. Having a table or something where you can at least keep your clothes off the floor woild be appreciated. Other than that, it's a convenient hostel in easy reach of many transportation options around Fukuoka!
