"This was a lovely property overall, with a great layout for a family group. Our only surprise was the laundry (in our unit at least), the washer was not a combo unit and you have to hang the clothing in the shower and use venting system to dry your clothes. It was a surprise since there was no literature or instructions and it was our first time encountering this system. The desk agent did explain it the next day when we inquired, but it did take a long time for our stuff to dry. "

"Neat hotel that offered a traditional style with modern amenities and check in process. The space was great and offered a good separation for our son to have his own bed. The bath was so nice and welcome after a day of walking and sight seeing. The playground in the neighborhood was perfect and we enjoyed dining close by. The walkable distance to the station was great and check in worked fine at the other hotel, they held our bags as we were early. Never figured out the wifi but didn't ask...

"Beautifully designed, well appointed, thoughtfully presented, and absolutely gorgeous space. It was an excellent stay! The instructions were clear, the staff helpful and friendly. It was on a quiet street and still close enough to the main sites of Kanazawa that you could walk to anything in about 20 minutes, or take the bus on the bus loop from the nearby stop. Would definitely stay here again."

"A clean, efficient unit, much like a small apartment. Has a stove top, microwave and small kitchen to prepare simple meals or heat up things. About a 10min walk to the train station and a short wall to a bus stop and family mart. It is a walk up so you will need to climb stairs to your unit. The bathroom is like new and the bed is comfortable. "

"Bill was there ready for us to check in as soon as we arrived so easy. The apartment was clean everything we needed the bedding was amazing! Close to everything you need restaurants, convenience stores and bus stops."

"電子レンジとドライヤーの同時使用などするとブレーカーが落ちるようで少し不便でしたが、施設の清潔感があり、問題なく過ごせました。また、オーナーさんとの連絡が密に取れ、施設利用パンフレットがあり、安心して宿泊できました。また機会があれば使わせて頂きたいと思います。"

"Uff un alojamiento de lo mejor, cerca del distrito de Higashychaya donde están las geyshas y como a 5 minutos en taxi del mercado de Omycho y del distrito de Namagachi, donde vivían los Samurais, el castillo de Kanazawa también a 3 minutos caminando, está en una calle inclinada por lo que de regreso hay que subir, no hay supermercado cerca, hay family mart como a 10 min caminando y todo cierra temprano en Kanazawa por lo que pedimos un par de veces por Uber Eats, la casa es de tres piso, el baño...

"Location, location, location! The property is located near all tourist locations. 25-30min walk from train station. 5-10 min from castle, gardens and samurai district. There is a beautiful shrine across the street. You’re also less than 5 min walk from the Omicho fish market. The staff were attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend it."

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"
