Very efficient use of space, comfortable for 3 adults. Lots of restaurants nearby (izakaya just steps to the left, sushi across the road)."

"Great little town house, redone in a modern way with respect to the traditional finishings of a matchia townhouse. Helpful staff, well located. Can take the short bus to the train station "

"A clean, efficient unit, much like a small apartment. Has a stove top, microwave and small kitchen to prepare simple meals or heat up things. About a 10min walk to the train station and a short wall to a bus stop and family mart. It is a walk up so you will need to climb stairs to your unit. The bathroom is like new and the bed is comfortable. "

"Location, location, location! The property is located near all tourist locations. 25-30min walk from train station. 5-10 min from castle, gardens and samurai district. There is a beautiful shrine across the street. You’re also less than 5 min walk from the Omicho fish market. The staff were attentive to our needs. Would highly recommend it."

"We love our stay at Kazueya! It gave us a chance to truly experience the ryokan and how locals live. We especially enjoyed the peaceful night in our surroundings :) In addition, one of the staffs (a young lady) at Pacific hotel was super helpful. Due to the language barrier, she helped me to get bus tickets to shirakawago and to Takayama. I can't thank her enough for that! Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay and I've already rated Kazueya 5 stars on Expedia!"
