"The staff and amenities were fabulous. It’s a maze to get to places. But once you figure that out it’s great. The shuttle bus is a good option to get in and out of town but you can’t reserve it so sometimes it’ll take 10 mins or 40. "

"Ski slope is a quick walk or a shuttle ride away. Shuttle comes every 5/10 mins and drops you multiple lift locations. Room was spacious and had everything we needed. Staff was super helpful and quick to resolve any needs. "

"Well if you are expecting real valet service this is not your place. Every night when returning from Dinner we had to go inside and hand over our keys to them and then proceed the opposite direction to our room. Additionally, the water temperature of the showers just fluctuates out of no where. It actually becomes dangerously hot where you will have to jump away from the water. "We rented the whole unit (C208AB), which was plenty of room for us - 2 king bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms with spa tubs, kitchen, and sitting/dining area. Each area/room had separate climate control, the bathroom floors were heated which was really nice. Kitchen came with all the basic cooking tools/pans, salt/pepper, as well as basic cleaning supplies. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. "The hotel was beautiful. The front desk was always friendly and helpful. Even when a water main broke, they offered to shuttle us to another hotel for showers until it was fixed. The break was not their fault but they took such great care of us."
