"The rooms were very nice and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We went in May and every time it rained the lobby’s were flooded. One day the air conditioning was off in the restaurants and it was super hot. Overall, we still enjoyed ourselves. The dolphin swimming is a must do. We mostly chilled at the ocean and beach. I would recommend this resort."

"For $180 per night, this apartment feels overpriced for what is offered. The unit has two bedrooms, but there is no kitchen or microwave, and only a small mini refrigerator that is plugged in upon check-in. The air conditioning works in the bedrooms, but the living room becomes very hot and uncomfortable during the day. On the positive side, the staff is friendly, the booking process is easy, and check-in is straightforward. This is actually my second time staying here over the past eight...

"I booked the hotel for colleagues.. Upon passing by the hotel in route to somewhere else, prior to check in time, we could not believe the hotel was even open. The property was extremely unclean, piles of trash, abandoned vehicles etc. I could not let our guests stay there. WE NEVER CHECKED IN. I do not recommend staying at this hotel until they clean up the property."

"The room was very clean, however the rooms are located in a very local shopping mall with lots of loitering outside, very noisy, no windows so felt claustrophobic. The outside was dirty , crowded and noisy I did not feel safe enough to stay there so I left."
