"Stayed here for one night. Room was spacious, new, and fairly clean. However, when we booked this property on Expedia it was unclear that this hotel does not have any reception or staff on site. "STAY AWAY FROM THUS PLACE! I stayed in Apartment 5-2-Birds Nest at the Golden Roof Apartments by Penz, which are owned and managed by Stage 12 Hotel.
The biggest issue was that the apartment was extremely hot, even though it was raining outside and the temperature was only about 18°C. We opened all the windows and used the two fans provided, but the apartment never cooled down. A Stage 12 staff member even brought us an additional fan and confirmed that the apartment was excessively hot.
