"Berlin ist sehr zu empfehlen und man kann sehr viel unternehmen, Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend und weiterzuempfehlen.. Hostel war gut und somit auch weiter zu empfehlen, vorallem die Betten waren super, man kann super drin schlafen.. aber eher was für die jüngeren Leute.. Aber war eine Erfahrung wert.."

"What I expect from hotel is good service, safety and feeling that everything goes easily. This wasn't anything like that. I send email that we are going to be at the hotel 30 minutes after the check in closes at 23.00. We were there 23.15 and nobody was there. We tried to call the phone number of the hotel and get to know that the number is not working and there is not any other number where we can call. Not the nicest start for the vacation when you arrive after long day of traveling and...
