"Ich habe früher in 4-Sternehotels gearbeitet und für diesen Preis war das Gebotene hervorragend. Allerdings sind es zum nächsten ÖNPV ca. 800 m und für jemand Gehbehinderten, ohne eigenes Auto, nicht zu schaffen. allerdings gleicht sich das durch den absolut günstigen Preis für Frankfurter Verhältnisse wieder aus. "The rooms were comfortable and practical for our 1 week stay. All of the staff was genuinely warm, helpful and welcoming. The chef Carolina made delicious Brazilian croquettes for breakfast and was very friendly. Unfortunately, I do not recall the names of all the other people, but the service was excellent. Laundry machines were useful and in good condition. The hotel had a nice atmosphere and we had an excellent view of the city. I highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"I am extremely dissatisfied with my stay. The room was very dirty and clearly not properly cleaned. The floor had not been washed correctly: after my shower, I placed a white towel on the floor to wipe up the water, and it came back completely black. There were feces under the toilet bowl, the shower head was not descaled and covered in limescale, and to make matters worse, I even found a hair in the sink. This level of hygiene is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend this room at all...
