"Great location but very average hotel. Over priced. View of pipes - unsightly and unpleasant. Definitely not 4 star. Room air con not working. Very uncomfortable sleep. Won’t be back."

si vous êtes PMR évitez cet endroit

"ce village de vacances n'est pas du tout adapté aux PMR. Des escaliers partout et même si un long détour en pente est possible, ce sont des pentes raides. De plus on annonce un wifi qui est inutilisable. Même l'envoi d'un mail n'est pas possible. Enfin il n'y avait pas de gobelet dans la chambre ..."

"The Social Hub was a fun place to stay and the amenities were great; free laundry room, a well equipped gym, a nice rooftop garden and swimming pool, a communal kitchen and dinning space, a good restaurant, recreation areas and lounges. Our room was very clean and comfortable."

"The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times."

Poor Service

"The service was poor. I stayed a week and the room was never cleaned! Even though I asked several times. The bathroom was broken and didn’t flush for two days and they didn’t fix it. After several times/two days of me asking them to change me to a different room they did."
