"The staff was tremendous. I have never been to New York so he gave me a room with a view of Manhattan, for no extra charge. It was phenomenal. The rooftop restaurant won't let u see the sunset unless you buy something. Just FYI. I didn't have their breakfast but it did look yummy. The room was freezing when I got there and it took like 5 hours to warm up. I slept in my coat. They didn't have maintenance that night. All in all I would stay here again. There is a Chinese buffet there but it's almost $60 a person. No thanks. I ordered sushi from My Sushi 🍣. Yummy"

"The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, even after we requested a change. When we checked again later, they claimed to have an issue with the HVAC system. However, instead of acknowledging the problem, they offered us an alternate room. The room we were given was only partially cleaned, and we found a pin and some tablets in the carpet, along with hair on the chairs. Overall, it was a disappointing experience."

"Definitely not my favorite hotel. Our room was on the first floor which was level with the street. The room had big picture windows directly looking onto the sidewalk without any privacy shade or similar. So you either needed to be comfortable with being on display or keep the blackout blinds closed all the time. Also, the people in the room next door to ours had a loud party starting at 11:30 pm. I tried calling the front desk multiple times but they never answered so I had to get out of bed, get dressed and walk to find someone to get help with shutting the party down. Also, the water in the shower did not stay warm and I ended up taking a cold shower, which was unpleasant. "
