"L’accueil était excellent et les chambres super belles mais les lits sont trop mous. Il y avait aussi une odeur désagréable dans les couloirs qui s’est infiltrée en partie dans la chambre."

"Good option for Franz Josef Glacier. Large complex, we stayed in one of the "treehouse" units. Nice but small. Older folks with large suitcases avoid these, the steps are wet in the rain and steep. Bathroom had heated floors, always a treat. Restaurant was nothing fancy but ok."
