"Nichole was so helpful. We were arriving after 7:30pm and she suggested the J Huston Tavern in Arrow Rock for dinner. She also made our check in after hours easy. This Hotel is lovely and the gardens were beautiful. We loved this historic hotel and the Railroad History. We slept in a comfortable post bed. It was more than a hotel it was also a museum for us. Recommend, recommend and recommend."

"When I walked into the room it smelled like smoke (got a non-smoking room). Light didn’t work in the bathroom, the bed cover was stained. There was no way I was gonna sleep in that bed. Even the guy cleaning was dirty. I went back to the front desk and told them. They gladly refunded my money, the only problem was I don’t know where they credited it to because I never received it.
