Fabulous room spotlessly clean, great location helpful friendly staff. Great we could leave our bags there after checkout before leaving for the airport. WiFi and door card didn’t work initially making check in a little more of a hassle but really a very minor issue as staff were very helpful and sorted it pretty quick. Would highly recommend

Been to FRA dozens & dozens of times, and never stayed here; this will be my next default location for all future trips! You can't beat the location and the views, the staff is fantastic and it really is just a great solution - even with a family.

Location by the Main was very good, easy walking to many attractions incliding the 'New Old Town. Room facilities are very good with aircon, convection heating, and well equipped kitchenette. Double glazing and blackout curtains made our stay quiet and comfortable for a couple. Service and staff were excellent. All requests were met willingly and promptly. Buffet breakfast had plenty of options plus personalised choices, cooked fresh. Onsite restaurant also very good with well presented genuine Italian cuisine at fair prices. We highly recommend The Flag Oscar M and would happily stay again when visiting Frankfurt.

While I only stayed here for one night, these mini apartments would be excellent for a long-term stay too. The bed was very comfortable, and the room was quiet. The kitchen is fully equipped. Key for me is always the hairdryer, which was excellent! I didn’t check in until midnight because our train into Frankfurt was late, but we were quickly met by security and given our room key. In the morning, the two women at the front desk were super friendly and gave me great suggestions for walking into old town, along with some café suggestions. I would definitely stay here again.

Our room is more like a studio apartment than a traditional hotel room. It’s great to have all the convenience of a home even for a short 3 days stay. Breakfast was served at the restaurant on the ground floor with more than adequate selections plus the option of eggs prepared to our liking. The location has a lot to offer with just a short walk to the city center with all the attractions and the U4/U5 metro station. We will stay here in our future trips to Frankfurt for sure.

Very modern, clean, and the staff couldn’t be more friendly, polite and helpful. Our only complaint was the lord music from another room and from cars in the street were very loud until 4am. The hotel has impressive soundproof doors and windows but still could hear boom boom boom all night long. Very convenient location and price. Would stay there again, just bring ear plugs.

I've stayed in this hotel multiple times in the past but this time I was really disappointed with my room. When I entered the room first, the floor was dirty. Dust everywhere and small broken glass on the floors. Thanks God I didn't stepp on it. Second, the bed mattress was hard as hell. Probably the worst bed ever slept on. Every night, I had to lay pillows on top of the mattress for a little softness. Unfortunately, I dealt with it and didn't complain to the management because I know that they can do better. Despite all, I would still 100% recommend this hotel to anyone. Location is on spot for everything you want to experience in Frankfurt. The staff are truly great. The rooms are spacious...Just work on cleanness and bed comfort...

I stayed there for 4 nights, overpaying due "high demand" .. room was cleaned every 3 days. Initially I wanted to cancel my booking and offered them to pay only the first night, they refused and had to stay there. Then I required a 5th night, and payed in Expedia, i didnt want to pack-unpack again, anyways they made me change of room with early check up late check in..... this dispite their over rate per night. Never will stay there again nor recommend
