My overall experience was positive. Rooms are updated and staff is helpful and friendly. For me the location was perfect for what I needed to do in Frankfurt. Good breakfast too.

We stayed here recently and overall had a pleasant experience. The rooms were very spacious, and this was the first place we came across that actually had a safe, which was a great surprise. The view from our room was absolutely amazing and really added to the stay. On the downside, the bed was extremely hard, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It was also disappointing that laundry service wasn’t available on weekends — something we only found out when we asked about it, rather than being informed beforehand. The air conditioning didn’t work either. Lastly, the Leo Bar, while stylish, was quite expensive compared to expectations.

No Laundry Facilities

Common areas are outdated and worn looking but rooms are quite comfortable and clean. My one complaint is that they list “laundry facilities” as one of their amenities. To me this means I can do my own laundry in machines on site. However, what they actually have is laundry services where you send laundry out to be done and it’s quite expensive.

Das Bad war sehr modern, die Lage sehr zentral mit dem Auto sehr sauber, nettes Personal Einziger Punktabzug wäre die bessere Rücksicht wenn unmittelbar neben dem Zimmer jemand schläft, keine Baumaßnahmen und Bohrmaßnahmen durchzuführen. Die Zimmer könnten auch mal modernisiert werden. Ansonsten bin ich zufrieden, war auch sehr sauber.

Bij binnenkomt kregen we te maken met een uiterste vriendelijke medewerker, niets mis mee. Kregen de mooiste kamer op de 21ste etage en zicht op.de stad Frankfurt. Na inspectie badkamer kwamen we bloed tegen overal . Hebben direct andere luxe kamer gekregen. Service prima!
