The studio suite was very comfortable and spacious, equipped with everything you need, nice bathroom, comfortable bed, 24hr reception desk, quiet, no city noise, well insulated rooms, easy to control heating, openable windows. I would like to stay here the next time I need to visit Frankfurt!

Really good hotel located a short ride outside of the main city/tourist areas of Frankfurt. Eschborn is a developing area with a lot of commercial offices and this is an ideal business hotel for those doing business there. It may not be the best for those coming to see sights in Frankfurt but for me it was perfect.

Everything was great, especially the staff and breakfast. My only complaint is that there were no USB outlets in the room or lobby for phone charging, and only the round 2 prong European outlets were provided. But this is just a small thing, for which I was not prepared. Elevator was a bit narrow, but that might be standard in this market. Good restaurants are a 10 minute walk for German, Indian, and Italian cuisines.

Heater is turned off , while outside is 13c. Reason given is summertime mode is on, is only 31st March. Other than that everything was very good.

Whilst many hotels in the same category are comfortable, the people who designed the Hyatt obviously wanted to add something extra to make the hotel different. Sure, the breakfast is good, the staff are lovely, the rooms are clean etc, but when you are in your room you don't feel like you are in a "Hotel" room so much. They have added decorative elements to make the rooms feel much more than "yet another Hotel". I've stayed there a few times, but all the rooms from the smaller standard rooms to the suites have added decorative touches that make it feel superior to normal hotels. I don't really enjoy travelling for business, but at least when I am at the Hyatt House, I know I have an environment that I like. The only thing that I would love to see would be the ability to call up English language movies whilst staying there. There is only so much BBC News/AL Jazzera/EuroNews that I really want to watch in a week...

4 times in a week had to get new card update , ( kept cards separate from phones and other cards ) bedding wasn’t changed the whole week , had to put card on the door to get towels changed , also someone had takeaway in their room and rubbish bag stayed outside their door for 3 days ( I took picture ), staff at the reception and breakfast were good , but couldn’t say the same for the cleaners for the rooms , maybe manager should be more vocal , nice hotel in good location on the outskirts of the city

Overall the room was fine. I'd recommend better couch mattresses because it was nothing but springs. The shower wouldn't drain properly and seems to have been a problem before me as well. When I arrived, the metal plate in the shower was hanging down from the wall and not replaced from before.
