Would stay there again.

There has been some construction work going on therefore a bit of a star reduction. Decent location and the rooms are fine. Nice fruit at the reception. Would have been nice to have take away cups there as well.

Set in a residential area, very quiet and yet close to the Messe and public transport. Grocery stores and restaurants/cafés near by. Rooms are well equipped with basic kitchen tools. Very clean, very welcoming.

The location is great for the price, and staff are friendly and helpful. The sheets, mirrors, tables, and sinks appeared to be clean. However there was staining on the fabric couch, dirt stains all over the bathroom walls and bedroom walls, it looks like they had never been wiped down. The provided dishes were clean but the utensils had old food stuck to it. There was also a bedside lamp that slowly detached from the wall during my first two nights. The size of the room was nice, and I appreciated the design, but the cleanliness bothered me a lot and I personally don't feel comfortable asking for cleaning service when all my items are in the room with no safe box.

OK if you just need a basic room to sleep

If you just need a basic bed to sleep in this hotel is fine. The cooking facilities are basic too - one spoon, one fork, one plate, one bowl, etc. etc. The chair in the room was so uncomfortable, I ended up having to work with my laptop in my lap in the bed or in the reception are. And the reception area right now (and for another year) is a "portable" building like the ones you see on construction sites. The staff is WONDERFUL though. The walls are "thin" - my colleague could hear my TV in the adjacent room. My colleague complained of a lingering odor in his room too. We suspect that the management knows about the odor situation because windows in the rooms and hallways were open in the November cold weather. The bathroom was really small, but I made it work. The normal price of these rooms reflects the type of hotel it is, but I was here for a conference and room rates were triple what they normally are, so it did not seemm like a great value.

Super convenient for the Messe, especially Halle 6. Lack of stairs is not my favorite. Kitchenette is a nice unexpected touch. The shower doors do not contain the water and often soaked the floor. Plus you get 2 thin towels and a floor towel. Love the armoire, though that has REAL hangers!

It was a cheap efficiency studio apartment not a hotel. The neighborhood is okay but there are no services no food no water. Only coffee offered. Hotel is also under construction and would never had booked it if I knew this beforehand.

I was given an apartment where the bed linens were left full of black hairs. The sheets were filthy and disgusting. Everything I touched in the kitchen, I had to wash and sterilize prior to using them. I boiled water twice in their electric kettle with white vinegar and baking soda. On the second time, the water still came out dark grey. There was a rotting smell coming from the bathroom. The soap container had enough soap for ONE shower. There were concealed cameras and criminals followed me everywhere. They tapped on the floor right underneath me when I stood some place for a few minutes. Both the sofa and bed's mattress vibrated. I recorded the vibrations in the mattress.The kitchen/living room window didn't have curtains. Strategically placed mirrors gave the subhuman criminals targeting guests/prospective victims their precise location. I was set to leave Wales so I didn't bother changing hotels but I wasn't able to sleep or rest for the three nights I was there. And, I was charged for fresh linens and a cleaning fee! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Bold Hotel Frankfurt is a very well renovated apart-style hotel located in the suburbs 5 minutes away from an S-bahn and tram system. The single studio that I stayed it was absolutely excellent as it came with a very modern design and quite spacious, coming with an extra bonus of the studio kitchen. (the pictures actually don't do it justice, the room was bigger than my student accommodations!) One big gripe one would argue is the lack of air conditioning, which might be a must in the summer for some, however the hotel remedied this with a new table fan that can be pointed straight at yourself right next to the single bed. Guaranteeing you to actually be quite comfortable. Considering the price, for me it was 30 pounds a day, this place completely exceeded expectations - and arguably it could be even nicer in the winter as the room would be naturally cold - I highly recommend this stay if you're looking for a value apartment hotel in Frankfurt.

I read the reviews prior to making a reservation. I researched the area. I was hoping for a clean, quiet and safe place to stay. Upon checking-in, I was given a room on the third floor. I have ten heavy pieces of luggage, I am a senior and I have a disability. The hotel doesn't have elevators. Even the taxi driver realized that it wasn't fair so he pleaded with the office for a better location but I was denied. Later, while moving my luggage at a slow pace, I was targeted by a clueless and delusional young female. It was unsettling and highly unpleasant. I refused to engage.That same suspicious female female targeted me when I went out. To lose her, I walked towards two police officers nearby. How did this woman know if my movements? The floors near the wall in my unit were filthy. Any time of the day or night, there were constant attempts to contact; I had no privacy. The mattress vibrated at someone's else will. There was also constant tapping on the floor underneath me. The unit was small and uncomfortable; the wifi dreadful. I had to buy a data plan. Every time I left my room, I was hounded and followed by undesirable people. Staying at that noisy, uncomfortable and unsafe hotel had nothing to do with liking anything about it. Upon writing an honest and descriptive though incomplete review of my stay on Google Maps, the staff sent me an email asking me to leave. The confusion and lack of proper directive from Expedia made a horrible situation worse.

Buchung und Checkin lief problemlos. Checkin erfolgt jedoch in einer Art Baucontainer. Die Qualität des Zimmers ist mittelmäßig, Tendenz negativ. Es handelt sich um einen sanierten Altbau, dem ein neuer Anstrich verliehen wurde. Die Flure sind sehr trist mit tw. Unsauberen Teppichen. Zimmerausstattung ist eher spartanisch, aber mit Küche. Leider gab es einem sehr unangenehmen Parfümgeruch im Zimmer, der evtl andere Gerüche hat übertönen sollen. In Summe für mich keine Option zum erneuten Aufenthalt.
