"I booked a family room with bunk beds for kids and a double bed for my wife from the 28-30 so that when they arrives early in the morning on the 29 they could go straight to the room and not wait until 3pm for check in. I spoke to the hotel and asked them to make a note on the file so they knew this as well. When they arrived on the morning of the 29 they were told they were considered a no show and their room was given away. They eventually gave them a room with 1 bed for 3 people and I am trying to get a refund for the night that they gave the room away. I’ve stayed here in the past and enjoy the location and hotel and staff."

"Nice modern hotel with comfortable beds. Seems to be that nobody told me that room cleaning was by request only- I didn’t see any pre-notification about this nor was I warned at check-in - poor show when you come home from a day out and your wet towels are still on the bathroom floor from morning and the beds are not made. I also notice that hotels.com list airport shuttle as one of the amenities available - but that is just not true, although terminal 2 at the airport is a 10 minute walk away. Breakfast had most things you would need to start your day, the waffles in particular are really tasty."

"Excellent clean room, with VERY comfortable beds. Great location near the train station and river walk. Staff were fantastic, and provided great service. Breakfast was varied and high quality with lots of options for celiacs and dairy allergies. Would definitely recommend and stay here again!"
