The TV reception is very bad a station would be on then go off for several minutes, come back on only to go black again for several minutes. No point in trying to watch anything. 2. "We were going to Sleeping Bear Dunes so there really are not a lot of options for stays. The service was fast on the phone during business hours. I did not love that the after hour check-in requires taking a key from a public box for safety reasons. The pillows and bed were very uncomfortable. When we got to our room the heat was not on and the room was at 59 degrees, mind you it is 40 and dropping.
