"Absolutely wonderful experience at Coco Ocean Resort & Spa! From the moment we arrived, everything was exceptional. A special thank you to a staff named Lamin. who, despite being ready to go home late at night, went above and beyond to make sure I had something to eat when I arrived hungry. His kindness and hospitality will never be forgotten. The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful, and all the staff were amazing. A special mention to my room attendant, Mr Alpha, who was simply the...

"I love the environment, very serene"

"The staff makes sure you always have anything you need. Great value for the money and good location."

"La receptionists riait de mon collègue en wallof. Elle croyait que nous n'étions pas en mesure de comprendre ce qu'elle disait. Cela a terminé en chicane. "

"Apartment is spacious. All staff are helpful. The whole complex is a house with multiple apartments. Next to white sandy tranquil beach. The area is safe. Aircon very quiet. Kitchen is functional. I slept very well. Good value for money. Feeling the kindness of Gambians was important for me . Good experience overall"

"Schone kamer, veel ruimte, vriendelijk personeel"

"I couldn't ever find the place. I tried calling the number and no one answered. Worst off was that they stole my money."

"We stayed in a two bedroom villa off the pool. It was so lovely, staff is so helpful and nice. The pool is awesome, especially the pool man."

"Breakfast included was a plus and a good variety and tasty. Room had a smell for the first few days but housekeeping came everyday and soon the smell was gone. Back up generator was useful kicked in everything. Internet was spotty at times but we managed to watch several episodes of shows. The garden was marvelous and the ocean was everything. Staff was friendly and accommodating all and all great value for the money."

Secondly, some of the staff is great but the manager Omar is a cheat and unethical. I, unfortunately needed to extend my stay due to health issues and had intentions of booking online but was manipulated by him to book with him which he significantly increased the price which was utterly unacceptable and different from online booking. The whole...

"Helpful staff"

"Très bon accueil. Nous sommes arrivés de nuit. L’hôtel avait organisé notre réception à l’aéroport."

"I stayed at this hotel several times. This time around they had replaced the air handling units for the air conditioning…. The rooms weren’t getting cold on the 1st floor so imagine how it will be on the 2nd floor…. So any way I complained about the situation… there wasn’t nothing that could be done on there end so I had to suffer but not to much"
