"The place itself is wonderful. It is very clean and has a very nice ambiance. Everything is in perfect order. From the top beginning with the owner, the managers Eralynn, Daniel, Kathryn and Dillionst the reception, the whole scuba diving team were incredibly friendly, competent and helpful. "Et meget venligt og imødekommende personale. Vi lånte ejerens scooter 3 gange og havde gode oplevelser på turene. Værelset var stort og behageligt og der var roligt, nok fordi det var i lavsæson. Maden var udmærket og der var en hyggelig bar, både på 1.sal og i stueplan. Der er ikke meget aftenliv, men hvis man bare vil nyde hinanden, når man er 2, synes jeg at stedet er perfekt!"

"The room was spotless and very spacious. I love that they have a beach bag available in your room to use on tours and its filled with usable items like water bottles, towel and water shoes. The breakfast was really good and had good otions for everyone. I think what stood out the most was the host on duty Chingy. He was great and remarkably helpful whenever we needed anything. Would HIGHLY recommend this to travelers going to Coron. "

"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."
