"The Hotel was really nice. I wish the front desk was more helpful in telling us where some of the stores, bars, and things to do in this area. We were luckily enough to find a small grocery store not too far away. And also, some places to eat. The pool was never used by anyone while we were there. The water is much too cold. Solar heat might be an idea. The beach water was also cold so no swimming there either. Nothing you could do about that! Very clean hotel! We were surprised that there...

"Das Zimmer war leider nicht besonders sauber, im Kühlschrank fanden wir noch verschimmeltes Obst von den letzten Gästen. Bei fünf Übernachtungen erhielten wir trotz schriftlicher und anschließend persönlicher Nachfrage nicht einmal frische Handtücher. Das Room-Service-Schild wurde einfach nur wieder ins Zimmer gehängt.
Das angepriesene reichhaltige kontinentale Frühstück ließ leider auch zu wünschen übrig. Geringe Auswahl, und diese der Optik nach auch von gestern.

1. Hairdryer was jammed when we checked in & the head had to be replaced as it was inoperable due to hair jammed into the head of the hairdryer.
2. The website says air-conditioned rooms but staff informed they are air cooled.The first night was very sweaty & uncomfortable to get sleep. Staff asked us to open the window for ventilation.This wasn't an option as this overlooks a highway & lot of traffic noise.
3. The hotel is located in Gais & requires Bolt & Uber for any Porto related...

"The room is small, the shower is half preventing water from splashing outside, which happened no matter what I tried, then I had to wipe the water on the floor, I was charged city tax different amount on different days (the first 2 nights 10 Euro for 2 of us, then 6 Euro for the additional night), no refrig in the room, I had to go to the reception when I needed ice or hot water. The bathroom smells sewage, the hallway doesn't look clean."
