"Over all the room was nice but the staff was definitely not hospitable. That needs to be worked on. And it wasn’t all the staff but some of the key staff members some of the staff in the restaurant. Wasn’t the experience I expected and was the first time I stayed some place and felt like I would not go back."

"We had a wonderful stay overall at the crane. The grounds are mature and lush, the staff is friendly and helpful, the varied dining options were great, the pools and activities were great fun. We loved the village feel and the room we stayed in was beautiful and well equipped. "The Owner was not very pleasant and polite. She needs to learn humility and be more hospitable. The room need to smell more fresh, floor needed sweeping because hair and dust was on it. Why did I pay $90 US just to sleep 4 hours until my flight was ready, just to feel like I am begging her to stay or like I am bothering her? Place is okay but she needs to learn proper customer service."

"I can honestly say I will return soon. The place is newly renovated. If you just want to relax have good food and great drinks this is the place. Beach access is great, you can just relax on your recliner and staff brings you drinks all day! For an all inclusive this hits the mark for price and accommodations."

"Ocean spray apartment was a place away from home with little minimum flaws , I was a little disappointed in the room size looks much smaller in person, the place is in needs of major renovations and upgradement however the stay was manageable despite the other guests disturbances, the ocean view is awesome, staff very helpful, laundry service i would not recommend due to the fact my clothes came back with dirt streaks all over them and not folded. They can do better and hope to see improvement...

"The property is centrally located, especially for Oistins. It is located off Lodge Road, so it’s on a bus route with buses readily available for going to Bridgetown and surrounding areas. The host was impeccable. Wi-Fi was reliable and consistent."

"Overall I was pleased with my hotel choice. The shower was a little small so don’t plan on showering with your mate…lol The location is great plenty of food options and night life after your finish eating all amazing food!!!"

"The staff were great. I was disappointed in that I booked Ocean View with 2 Queen size beds. They placed us in 1 King size bed which was stated we booked 2 Queen size beds. It was unacceptable in that we waited for an unnecessary amount of time."
