Best hotel in the city (no doubt) located perfect, and the hotel decor is amazing which means it has everything for a 5 star hotel experience except the pool, and the service, the service was this times absolutely better than previous but still need more to get to the 5 star service

The facility is beautiful, but there is no visibility of staff. We had several mechanical issues with dishwasher, washing machine and the Internet. We were able to resolve the Internet issue.
