"Great place to stay"

"Stayed one night with my family. Beds werent that soft. It was clean except the mildew on the caulking in the shower area. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall and fridge froze everything we had including my medicine which had to be replaced."

"Was assigned a room and when I opened the door there were clothes and boots on the bed. When I went to the front desk I was finally assigned a bottom floor which I requested to start with. Also found I was given a non upgraded room when I paid for an upgraded room. When I asked to receive a refund for the difference I was told no. I will not be staying here again."

"Jarod was very helpful and friendly. Amazing location. Within 1/2 mi several restaurants as well as 2 grocery stores. Very safe area as well as friendly folk. So close to Greenville concert hall. Definitely will stay again."

"The floor was sticky and not clean. Pillows were almost flat and like cardboard. Only one bath towel for 2 adults, only one roll of toilet paper and no tissues. Called front desk for toilet paper, tissues and towels; they said it would be "right up". Two hours later we had to go get stuff. Front desk was not helpful, finally gave me towels (one to use as pillow) and 1 roll of toilet paper. "

"Terrible Customer Service with the staff!!!!! Check out was a nightmare!! We waited for over an hour and a half for the manager to fix some adjustments but he never came out. The manager's name is Drake and the front desk rep that was NOT helpful at all, her name is Sheryl (could be spelled Cheryl). They also charge a $5.50 parking fee but it's a regular parking lot, not a parking garage or in a metropolitan/downtown area. The rooms smelled musty, damp, and it was rather warm, no matter how low...

"The room had a weird smell as soon as I walked in. The bathroom was very dirty. Mold in the shower, the shower floor was brown, and a mystery sticky scum in the sink. In the morning, the cleaning crew knock on my door at 9 am when check out was at 11. They came back and knocked again at 10 am. The elevator was small and there was only one in the whole building. It wasn’t a bad stay, I just don’t think they were prepared."
