Hotel murah di Fountain Inn

"Lock on my room was broken and they used duct tape to hold it together, holes in the curtains, cigarette burns in blanket, stains on ceiling, gaps in door. This was the wirst motel I have ever seen. They also over charged me claiming my Expedia charges were not correct. Above me there was 10 people sharing two rooms parting all night and throwing trash over the railing. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!"

"Staff were great, room was clean. I do not think that a pet charge of $75 is reasonable. I understand that are some horrendous pet owners out there, but $75 is too much when there is no damage and the only thing left behind is some pet hair. :) Maybe a deposit coupled with a lower charge would be a better approach?"

"They told me my reservation was no good and would not refund my money because they was already booked in full and had no rooms left. I did not stay due to this. He was very rude when he was telling me they did not have room for people like me."

"As soon as we arrived to the room I entered the bathroom and the toilet was clogged so my boyfriend called front desk around 15 minutes later a maintenance guy came to the room and looked at the toilet in master bathroom but he forgot his plunger so he went to get it. 25 minutes later he came back I was in the other bathroom and without knocking he walks in on me I was nude we mentioned this to the front desk assistant manager and they said they would speak to this person. I was so embarrassed I...

"There only one night, but it was still one of the most pleasant hotel nights we have ever spent. The decor is fantastic. The word "modern" is not adequate. The outside design and colors are just an introduction to the fascinating interior decor. The staff was more than helpful, and everything was neat and tidy. Even breakfast was superior."

"The air conditioning was effective, the pantry had a good variety of snack food. The pool area was closed and I did not go there for long and really can't give an authentic review of pool. Hotel was clean, a few improvements need to be made and a little more breakfast items would be nice. For a budget minded person, the hotel was comfortable, clean and affordable. "

"This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Stayed one night. Went to complain about mud and dirt on the floor but no one was at the front desk. The fire alarm went off 6 times between 10pm and 615am. The hotel refused to do anything about either complaint and refused to refund me for the 4 nights that I did not stay there. Expedia was unhelpful with my dispute."

"Breakfast not available for our early flight at 6am. Bed were uncomfortable and the metal frames creaked every time you moved. Could also here the creaks from neighboring rooms"

"Had no issue checking in and the staff was pleasant to work with. The room we reserved was clean, spacious, and provided everything we expected. The parking lot was well lit so we felt comfortable leaving some of the heavier gear in the truck overnight. Breakfast was great so we could fill up before a day's work. The room temperature was easy to set and we slept well during our entire stay. When we return the to area, this will be our first choice to check for availability."
