O quarto casal: padrão Ibis, muito pequeno, embora novo e limpo. Tem frigobar, uma TV 40 pol, uma prateleira e uma cadeira. A refrigeração é muito boa. Vista (no meu caso no 7o andar) era nenhuma, então prefira do 8o para cima. A melhor parte: o banheiro, amplo, água abundante e com temperatura controlada. Café da manhã: repetitivo para quem fica vários dias , com muitas opções de carboidratos , com o básico em proteínas (queijo e ovos) e sem muitas opções diet, mas aceitável. Sugiro diminuir o açúcar ou expor opções sem açúcar ou baixo açúcar como alternativa aos mais velhos. Obs: observei que a cozinha responde rapidamente a comentários feitos nas redes sociais. Isso é positivo. Algumas observações feitas no maps foram atendidas pela cozinha. Colocaram algumas opções com baixo açúcar, colocaram leite quente fora da máquina , mais opções de frutas, sementes… Continuem assim. Serviço: o pessoal da recepção (embora não tenham me falado nada sobre o quarto, vista etc, se limitando a definir o quarto) e atendentes do café da manhã e lanche noturno muito gentis. Uma moça de óculos que atende à noite no restaurante sempre atenciosa, proativa e gentil. Estacionamento: o mesmo do shopping Giga Mall, mas cuidado, pois só serve a entrada térrea, então desça pela rua Pe. Pedro de Alencar e entre no estacionamento um pouco antes da entrada principal do hotel (waze: https://waze.com/ul/h7pkdhjcx9).
