My room was clean. The staff were friendly. Two things bad I have to say is the elevator did not work. Prices of the rooms should be lowered for this inconvenience especially when you’re booked on the top floors. And the people walking around at night is crazy. Maybe because of the liquor store right next door?!

Place is average. Radisson properties used to be better and now they’re just average. I was here just for a conference. Place is very outdated and you can tell from the outside before you go in. Would I stay here again—No, because I could pay a little more and get a better hotel. Staff was very nice and work hard but ownership needs to invest in bringing this facility to the year 2026.

Hotel is very dirty. The TV remote was broken in our room. The bathtub didn’t drain water so couldn’t take a shower. The chair had holes Ripped all in it. Half the rooms have the numbers written on the doors with black sharpie. Place is run down and most definitely would NEVER stay here again. Don’t trust the photos on listing. It’s not nice lol.
