"This Hampton Inn has clearly undergone a thoughtful renovation — the lobby and breakfast area are bright, fresh, and genuinely inviting. The common areas make a great first impression with cheerful white décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The guest rooms show the same design effort in terms of décor, but the older bones of the building are evident in the flooring and wet bar cabinetry, which haven’t been updated to match the refreshed aesthetic. The highlight of our stay was absolutely the staff. When we detected a smoke smell in our original room at check-in, they responded promptly and graciously, going above and beyond to get us relocated without any hassle. That kind of attentive service is always appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues that dampened the experience. Housekeeping left something to be desired — the floors had not been swept and the toilet and sink area needed attention. The king bed was fitted with a queen top sheet, leaving both sides noticeably short, and we had some concern about the cleanliness of the duvet insert that was touching us as a result. The air conditioning also struggled to keep the room comfortable. The property has real potential, and the staff clearly care. With more consistent attention to room cleanliness and bedding standards, this could easily be a four-star stay. For now, it was just okay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"First off staff were friendly and great, the room and the property were definitely not. Checked in to find that the pool was closed which should of been noted as thats one of the reasons I chose to stay there based on the amenities listed. They were also doing a remodel on the hotel that included alot of construction and loud noise going on directly above my room. Several times it sounded as if large things would come crashing down through my rooms ceiling and shook the room. Also the hotel photos of the room looked nothing like the room I received, im not sure if thats wishful thinking for when the remodel is done but definitely not accurately portrayed. Also heard room service knocking on doors but my room was never cleaned/ refreshed the room, stayed multiple nights. Also shared the room with a lizard of some kind. Although unwelcome, he was cool and didnt bother me, hope he was part of the bug deterrent. The good: Close to ft.benning, staff was friendly and they did have a free breakfast."

"I have never left a property before . I’m not hard to please . There were homeless people camping in a tent in the parking lot ,outside hallway resembled a prison , room number was not listed on wall which made it suspicious that the room was not really a proper room , smoke alarm falling out ceiling , patched hole in wall in room , writing on the walls , curtains falling off rails , peeling paint , cold floor - no carpet or even a mat, threadbare sheets and thin blanket and crinkly plastic mattress cover . Door did not seal close properly . I felt unsafe , vulnerable and had a gut reaction to leave for my own safety . The front office staff just said “ok” when I said i did not feel safe and wanted to leave . Do not go to this property if you value your safety . "

"Nice hotel. The fitness room was neglected, no towels, no water, no cleaning wipes, some broken equipment. The staff was friendly and we are awaiting a refund for canceling one day within 24 hours. We’d consider this hotel again"
