"Our rooms were in the middle of renovation and a mess. We had 2 rooms which I paid $50.00 incidental fee per room. I never received it back. Everytime I called the hotel to ask about it, they told me it was already refunded. It never appeared back into my account."

"Clean room, great staff, yummy breakfast and cold a/c. Easy access to freeway and local restaurants. The only problem is that you had to request for them to come clean your room and give you clean towels if your staying longer then 2 days."

"Our room was horrible….broken toilet seat, water pouring out of closed faucet, water on bathroom floor, ripped furniture , lights above desk not working. No milk, no juice for so- called free breakfast . Took 18 minutes to check in. Ugh"
