"Overall, this was a good stay. The hotel was very clean and comfortable, and the room was thoroughly cleaned and well maintained. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout my stay, which really made a difference. Parking felt safe and secure, and the location offered easy access to the freeway, making it convenient to get around. The only downside was the breakfast. The selection was pretty limited and mediocre overall. There wasn’t much in the way of protein...

"The bed size that I booked was not what I was given. The property only has full size beds and I booked 2 double beds for a family of 5. The bed types at this hotel can accommodate comfortably a family of 3 at most. I had to buy an inflatable mattress to sleep my family."

The staff was generally friendly and helpful, though I have to point out how confusing and rude it is to be on a phone call while attending to a customer right in front of you at check-in. I did appreciate that after check-in, staff helped me obtain an ironing board. "

"Front desk that was there at checkin was rude when explaining the pool and spa was closed. Said i could cancel and good luck finding a place to stay because of graduations going on in the area. We specifically chose this hotel for the pool and spa. We ended up canceling our reservation and staying with family. Definitely won't stay there again."

"Loved the convenience to Salado’s Main Street and yet since the property was not in the town it was very quiet, serene and relaxing. My favorite was sitting in the rockers on the porch and watching the clouds and the birds. The rooms in the main house are super clean and beautifully decorated. The food was fabulous and owners are delightful. Will definitely visit there again. "
