"Donna the Manager is amazing. She was professional knowledgeable and kind. She shared some delicious fruits with us. The breach front room was amazing. The landscaper guy was so sweet. In the mornings he knocked on our door and shared coconuts with us. We enjoyed the coconut water. The rest of the staff including restaurant was also outstanding!"

"Food was amazing especially breakfast. I loved the Terrace for lunch. The Deck was good also but I found that Terrace had better jerk wings in my opinion. Both were fall off the bone. Beware of ordering food on the beach as it is a windy island. I loved how cool I felt despite the warm weather and how beautiful the beach was. They also offer taxi service. Service was beyond my expectation. I can't wait to return."

"The hotel was very cleaning, had adequate parking, and the front desk staff were awesome! Adrian and the other assistant were very pleasant and helped me obtain a taxi whenever I needed it. Housekeeping is daily and they actually clean the room for you not just move things around! The property is conveniently located to everything you need and you don’t have to rent a car."

"The units were beautiful and well equipped. The staff was top notch. The guys providing beach service were great and friendly. The location was walkable to dining, shopping and groceries. We will definitely stay there again."

"A true hidden jewel. Everything is superb. The breakfast right on point. The staff courteous and friendly. The room immaculate. The poolside bar with cool and refreshing beverages-with and without alcohol. The food ordered at the bar surprisingly tasty. (The bartender Cosmel is warm, engaging and entertaining.). This is a cannot miss pick for a superb vacation."

"Sibonné Beach Hotel was a quaint resort in the middle of high rise resorts. The smaller size hotel guaranteed a less crowded feel. Never had to fight over beach chairs or dining space. The beach was perfect and clean. The hotel kitty Sydney was friendly and so sweet. The food at Bistro Bay was excellent and the waitstaff were exceptional. I would highly recommend staying here over the other high traffic resorts!"

"My friends and family had an amazing stay at this hotel. The hotel was peaceful and intimate. The staff were all very pleasant and supportive . Hats off to Meshell Especially .She was awesome. She made sure all our needs were met and made us feel at home. The rooms were very clean, and lastly, the ocean was breathtaking. It was the most beautiful I have ever seen. I would definitely revisit."

"Honestly it was okay. It truly was a great property to stay at but I I say it was okay given that it was a Ritz and I have stayed at many other properties of the Ritz that were better. Nothing bad… but nothing good. It was just I guess…ok."

"Excellent, clean, and sizeable rooms, nice rooftop pool, parking for your car, good food at the restaurant, and a party every Thursday for the weekly fish fry. Also really close by car, and otherwise a doable 20 minute walk, to Grace Bay Beach and the rest of the spots attached to it."
