The entrance (garden areas - maintenance and security/lighting at night) and parking area are not kept up to the standard of the rest of the hotel. So, first impression was a bit dubious, but once inside it was apparent that the place was of quality."

Of particular note was Mr. Asmar Rouhand. He made sure we were okay and then assisted us in getting to the airport and having the vehicle removed from the premises. We would have been lost and traumatized without his assistance. The hotel is fortunate to have such a dedicated coordinator. "
