Llegada caotica, reserva perdida

El lugar tranquilo y cercano a las playas de Normandía, pero al llegar llamo al telefono de contacto y solo en Frances, nada de ingles, nos instalamos y al cabo de una hora, nos mandan mensaje ya en inglés, diciendo que no tenemos reserva, que no podemos volver a entrar. Según dicen nuestra reserva no llegó a su sistema pero hoteles si la tenía activa y cobrada. al final nos dieron una habitación nueva pero sin terminar para pasar la noche. como digo mucho ojo, un caos.

Cette adresse est absolument à éviter. Elle jouit de critiques avérées sur booking et autres. Cette dame prend un max de réservation et vous refuse à la dernière heure : inadmissible. Hôtels.com ne semble pas pouvoir joindre la propriétaire et me demande de le faire pour me faire rembourser! Encore inadmissible…. Merci d’exiger le remboursement, et d’effacer de la liste des lieux cet établissement pour éviter à d’autres ces arnaques.

leider kann ich nichts ūber die unterkunft selber sagen, da wir nicht dort ūbernachten kõnnten .uns wūrde das zimmer stoniert da kein zimmer mehr frei war obwohl wir gezahlt hatten. das kann ja mal pasieren was sehr argelich ist. aber das man nicht mal expidia antwortet...oder mir ich hatte versucht mehrmals dort anzurufen das ich ich mein geld wieder bekommen und konnte niemand ereichen. das finde ich nicht richtig .ich habe dann nur meine geld von expdia bekommen .nach ein paar anrufen
