"This was the quintessential hotel. It was perfectly located and absolutely beautiful. The staff could not have been any more accommodating and delightful! The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable. The only thing that I would suggest to them is to provide larger bath towels. Aside from that, it was an exceptional stay and I would absolutely go back. And the views were outstanding."

"Room is clean and huge. Television is pretty new and large. The view from the balcony is great and balcony is massive. Bed is one of the best in all the hotel we have stayed. very convenient spot and quiet. The breakfast has the most options to choose from and I am missing it already. The only one downside that could be improved is the shower is weak and the hot water is kind of inconsistent. But I found it quite a typical problem in swiss hotel in general. But overall highly recommend! Just look at my photos. It is worth it!"

"This hotel was the highlight of our trip. Hotels.com offered breakfast with the stay but then we were charged. That was unfortunate. But the property was absolutely beautiful and the staff was absolutely amazing. The spa and massage therapists were 5 star. I would only go back to Switzerland to stay at the chedi. "
