Great stay!

This place was so cozy and welcoming. The staff was very kind and the room was clean and inviting. It’s a bit of a walk from the train station, but well worth it. I would definitely stay here again

Perfect Swiss Mountain Hotel

Absolutely loved this quintessential Swiss hotel! Newly renovated, the rooms are very upscale with gorgeous mountain views. Not to mention the best cappuccino with breakfast! Would definitely come stay again!

Kind and welcoming staff. Fresh room, with great storage for hikers, cyclists and skiers. Best charging plugs and outlets we’ve found on our entire trip, very useful!! Restaurant food was delicious and reasonably priced compared to other options around town. Breakfast was traditional Euro continental so no bacon but cold meats, delicious cheeeses, and boiled egg station. On our way out they let us store our bags, and recommended a great spot for our picnic!! 5 stars!!

It’s pronounced Sun!

The receptionist was sweet and very friendly. We arrived early after traveling 18hrs she let us checkin so we could go rest. The room was perfect and had the best of Switzerland!

Great small property with all the amenities that one would need, The ski lift is within walking distance and there is a bus service that will drop you off at the lift. The property itself was simple with no bells and whistles. The staff was friendly and despite being the tail end of the season were happy to help when we needed anything.If airfares are favorable may visit again next season.

They have parking across the street but it is limited. The rooms ware very small & the bathroom has a sliding door with visibility into the bedroom. The room was , as expected, Swiss tiidy. The breakfast room was delightful old Swiss style & adequate food to choose from. The town is a gem! We have been there several times & I love the quaintness of the buildings as well as the river running through the main part of town.

Beware of this property! The owners are unethical, money grabbing, thieves. We ordered the cheese fondue for two at the restaurant our first night. It was almost $90 USD for a small pot of cheese with bread and pickles. My wife asked for some broccoli or raw vegetables. She was brought a bowl of mushy mixed veggies. We explained this wasn’t what was ordered but the owner came out and told us it was made for her and rudely tossed the bowl on the table. We were charged us another $16 USD for this. Also be prepared to spend $11 USD for a bottle of still water. Worse yet, the property is falling apart and the room descriptions and pictures are inaccurate. The “pull out queen bed” was the most uncomfortable futon imaginable. I would have slept on the floor were it not so wet dirty. The windows in our room were drafty and leaking. There were puddles of water beneath nearly every window from melting snow. The owners have zero concern for your comfort or the condition of the property. Another guest we met described it well: “a total rip off”. Do yourself a favor and stay/dine elsewhere.

Sehr charmantes Mittelklassehotel

Dieses charmante Mittelklassehotel mitten im Zentrum von Andermatt ist ein Juwel. In einem historischen Haus mit neu renovierten, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten Zimmern ist es der ideale Kontrast zu den modernen Riesenresorts von Andermatt Swiss Alps und Radisson Blu. Wer ein Hotel mit persönlicher Bedienung und Charme sucht ist hier richtig. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichhaltig. Das angeschlossene Restaurant bietet feines Essen mit frischen, lokalen Zutaten zu vernünftigen Preisen. Tischreservierung empfohlen.

Hotel qui se situe dans le vieux centre d'Andermatt et à proximité de restaurants et de commerces. La gare ferroviaire est à moins de 10mn à pied. Chambre rénovée avec vue sur la ville, très agréable pour voir la neige tomber. Parking proche et compris dans le tarif !
