"The hotel as a whole needs updating. The front desk person when we checked in wasn’t very clear of instructions(didn’t tell us floor) they also didn’t want car info or check my id(which makes me nervous that anyone can use your name and check in). There was carpets taped down to the floor, there was chunks of dried mud in the hall. Our room was ok but the bathroom needed a nice deep clean, especially the tub/shower. "Everything was amazing. Except the one thing that matters at a hotel. The bed. I checked into the hotel and laid down on the bed. Pretty sure I didn’t lay on the bed… I just leaned against the floor with blankets. --- This hotel bed is so hard, I think it’s actually part of the building’s load-bearing structure. --- I tried fluffing the pillow. "I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services"
