"Service was good, but bathroom toilet was not working properly and bathroom sink would get clogged easily. The staff always great, clean and I would use this hotel again. Loved the superior rooms!"

"Bathroom: The toilet needs replacing - too flimsy & low for comfort. Should use toilet bowl cleaner - for limescale (greenworks is best for this) Really bad stain from either iron or manganese-CLR in tank helps. This reduced overall cleanliness rating. Also 4th floor hallway carpet is poorly laid in areas and a tripping hazard - reduces overall impression of the the property. "
