"一人旅にて一泊過ごさせていただきました。ツインルームで大きなソファがあり大変寛げました。ベランダからは美しい山々が見えて、テーブルや椅子があったのでベランダでゆったり過ごすこともできました。また、夕食、朝食ともにちょうどいい量でした。飲み物も大変美味しくいただきました。建物の4階にはアーユルベーダのスパがあって施術してもらいましたが、お部屋全体にいい香りがして、心地よくて眠ってしまいました。大浴場も広く、外には山を眺めながら入れる浴槽があって落ち着きました。大変リラックスできました。フロントのスタッフさんにおかれましては、ご丁寧に対応いただき、本当にありがとうございました。またお伺いする機会がありましたらよろしくお願いいたします。"

"The location to Fuji Q Highland is perfect. It is a 5 minute walk to an entrance exclusive to hotel guest. Early entrance to park is another perk. Hotel is beautiful and clean. Very spacious rooms. Lots of amenities. Breakfast buffet was included with our stay. Buffet was very good. Staff was very friendly and spoke English well. When we were out exploring and couldn’t get an uber to pick us up, we called the hotel and they sent a taxi to come pick us up. Just exceptional service!"

The hotel was clean and quiet, the light breakfast offers were welcome but with no direct view of Mount Fuji. I got my first sighting cycling across the bridge at 8am, perfect timing on my way to town."
