"We had a great stay, quiet, comfortable bed, breakfast has small omlettes but canadian bacon was super thin. But overall jice. We used pool it was heated nicely and had plenty of towels. Only reason I say good stay is our shower drain was clogged and we pulled lots of hair out. And under the silver piece was kindof gross. But overall a good stsy, close to everything by 20 min. "

"This hotel is OLD. Carpet in room was stained, bathroom had hair all over the floor. Towels were not neat and fresh smelling. Smell throughout was not pleasant. Just in major need of renovation throughout. "

"I stayed in room 224 and it was absolutely disgusting. I got eight up by big bugs. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody. I did the usual check around all of the edges and I didn’t notice anything at first. It wasn’t until I woke up in the morning with red bites all over my body."

"I think the breakfast could open earlier like 6 I thin the charge for parking for guests is a ripoff. I understand it is near a stadium but as a business person travelin was a first to be charged by the day to pay to stay at the hotel is not right. "Clean, beautiful room with a vintage feel. Great staff, very attentive. If you have a show to go to they offer a car service to take you there. It’s a 5 minute walk to the theater though so that was nice. Tandem bakery is right next door. You have to get coffee and pastries. Make sure to get a loaded biscuit. "

One day out of four they strangely neglected to clean the room, even with a door sign requesting service, but the night front desk person took it upon herself to do so when we noted the problem after returning around dinner time. She’s a gem. Showers were excellent. Rooms were reasonably sized too. Request a third floor if you don’t like the sound of people above your room walking around as the hardwood floors amplify this. "The Blind Tiger was one of the best accommodations I've ever stayed in! The location was perfect – far enough away from the "bustle" of downtown but close enough to walk to many spots (Smalls was a favorite!). The daily breakfast was so great and the room, my goodness! Adorable, perfect, comfortable... best sleep of my life! Maggie was so helpful and accommodating and made our stay really special. All in all, highly recommend!"
