"The staff were excellent! The room was decent, do not expect anything modern or over-the-top. But provided everything and was comfortable for two people (we had a 1king bed room).
There were some issues at check-in (which were entirely my own fault) that the staff were very patient and flexible with. Props to them.
The area surrounding the Inn is filled with run-down inns or motels, but the block itself is 2 exits away from downtown or any convenient store. Again, overall 5 stars because you...

"Other than the property being a bit dated and right off the freeway, it was a quiet and friendly place to sleep for a couple nights. We had originally planned only to stay for one night, but were easily able to add an extra night for our stay. Staff was very helpful."

"Loved everything about the Granada Hotel. Staff was super helpful and kind. Location was perfect close to shopping and restaurants although the Granada Bistro was hard to beat food and drink wise we ate there more than anywhere.
