"Lovely little bed and breakfast once you get up to it on the first floor. The ground floor and up the staircase there feels a little sketchy. The people here are very nice and we had a lovely chat with Andrea at breakfast where he provided helpful recommendations and tips. The room was spacious and had many amenities. One small thing - the day we got there, I pulled out a big fluffy blanket from the closet to use (there were two). The next day, after they had serviced the room, both were removed...

"We had a very nice stay at Apartamento Annunziata. The location is super - close to shopping in Via Toledo and Centro Storico. The metro station in Via Toledo is also close, which made it easy to get to Piazza Garibaldi/central station (and onward to Pompeii). The Bed and Breakfast isn't very noticeable on street level, but once you get to the 5th floor and above, you have a lovely view of the city. The terrace on the 7th floor, where we had breakfast, is very nice. We will select this place if...

"Wow! This property is a gem! The staff is friendly, accommodating, and wonderful with communication. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was delicious with great coffee and many options including pastries,eggs, yogurt and fruit. The hotel is located in a congested area with limited vehicle accessibility but staff helped us with our arrival. "The room was very clean and the bed was fine (a little firm). They had parking in front which is what we needed for an early rental car return to the airport. There was a free breakfast but we left at 3am, so I can't comment on that! It is close to the airport. I can't offer information about the area because we only stayed for sleep."
