Realitively new hotel with good sized rooms. Plenty of parking available on site. Great location with walking distance to Château de Fontainebleau. Unfortunately our room had a noticable sewage smell in it but our friends room was fine. Some usual basics are missing in this hotel. No in room safe or ice around.

Great location, parking and breakfast!

The room was a good size and very clean. The reception desk and bar are only open very limited hours. The check-in time is very late - 5pm, and our room was only ready a few minutes after this. You have to explicitly request your room to be cleaned (if you can catch the receptionist!). On the plus side, the location is excellent, there is lots of free parking, and the breakfast is really great. We would stay at this hotel again.

We wanted a comfortable, easy place to stay close to the chateau at Fontainebleau and the town centre for dinner as we were travelling up through France from the south back to the UK. This was perfect in that regard. Clean, modern with a spacious and comfortable room. Breakfast was surprisingly good too.

Nice and very conveniently located close to the Chateau and restaurants. Free onsite parking is a plus. Breakfast is simple (continental breakfast), but better than other comparable chain hotels. Rooms are somewhat small but fine for a couple of days. One quibble is that the shower base had some stains.

It was a nice little hotel. The garbage was full but house cleaning cleaned it. Mom liked how hard the bed was. I didn't like it at all. The bathroom lighting has issues because it's on the side instead of above, and the hair dryer doesn't reach the mirror in the bathroom better than that. It was a nice room.

We really liked the location, just a few minute walk from the Palace. Free on-site parking was a big bonus as well. The room was clean, looked like new, and bedding very comfortable. Now what not to like. $18 breakfast per person is too much. We had great coffee and pastries in a nearby bakery paying just $7. And the check-in was really bad. The reception was supposed to open at 5pm, but it was still closed at 5:15, with several guests waiting. Luckily we found that after 5 the check-in machine starts allowing guests in (before 5 it was saying that room isn’t ready yet, which is a small lie). One of the guests tried to call the hotel number on the reservation, but the call went nowhere. Summarizing, I would promptly had given this hotel a 5-star review if the check-in started at 3 with a person at the front desk.
