"Updated Hotel. They serve a great breakfast that is sourced from local businesses. Coffee, teas, and cookies in the evening. They offer a nice shop at the front desk. Close to downtown Boone and a great location for surrounding locations. Hotel was clean and quite. The only downfall was the pillows were flat even the firmer ones. Since they are down they went flat. This caused a lot of tossing and turning. Overall we loved this hotel and all it offered. If we get to come back to the area we will stay here and bring our pillows. Thank you for a great experience."

"We were in town to do some outdoor activities and decided to stay at the Spark. At first we had some doubts due to low price and potential location. We were more than pleasantly surprised! Checking in was not only easy, it was enjoyable. The desk agent was so friendly and the manager personally gave us cold bottles of waters and local restaurant recommendations. The property was clean, updated, safe and although close to the interstate not at all seedy. Comfy bed, clean, just to the point. We are hotel snobs and it exceeded our expectations."
