"I stayed in a cottage in Shambala Estate on a relaxed drive up to Cairns from Melbourne with my two dogs. It was simply beautiful. When I opened the door it smelt great, there was soft music playing and it looked gorgeous. My stay was relaxed and comfortable in a beautiful and clean room. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend."

"great location beautiful modern rooms great facilities the toilet roll dispenser was in a difficult to reach place and the toilet paper was super thin you think a place this nice would have a least 2 ply toilet paper it was quite expensive for our stay as we didnt realise that a country music festival was on the weekend we stayed also wasnt happy to find a large cockroach in the laundry"

"Staff and other people in the building were really helpful and friendly. Adult bedroom SAS great, and the bed was comfortable. The kids room was cramped, and the beds were uncomfortable. Overall the place is looking pretty tired, think the photos need to be updated.
Was great having the kitchen and washer/dryer in the apartment, but could have been clearer that they only provide 'starter' cleaners and toilet paper, so be prepared to buy your own. Also, bring face clothes, and, if you can,...

"I would not recommend this place at all. I actually left one night earlier than planned because I couldn’t sleep due to bugs in the mattress. I was itching all night.
The accommodation was extremely dirty, especially under the beds, and the rooms were full of dust. There was no daily cleaning service, and there weren’t even any cleaning supplies available for guests to clean up themselves.
Towels were not changed daily either. You had to go to reception and ask for fresh towels.
Overall, a...

8.8 daripada 10, Cemerlang, (1,590 ulasan)
"Our stay at Bel Air on Broadbeach was a horrible experience.
The room had not been sufficiently cleaned. My son found pills on the bedside table and the floor, a marijuana pipe was found on the outdoor furniture, a blind fell on my daughter's head and another was broken so was unable to be used. There was a wet stain on the carpet that smelt of wee that proceeded to get worse despite a blower being provided in an attempt to "dry it out". We also had no hot water on the 2nd night of our stay. We...
