"I usually book my hotels with cleanliness being a top consideration. This one fit the bill...everything was clean and new looking. Included breakfast was a nice touch, and the hot food portion varied slightly daily. (Eggs, hash browns, pork, bacon, biscuits/gravy etc) Lots of other continental breakfast options. Lots of parking. Only issue but not worth taking away a star for is the shower doors are very hard to open/close...I was in room 417 but assume they are all the same."

"I liked have two separate thermometer controls since my 94-yr old father keeps his room at sauna temperatures. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but the breakfast was good, and we enjoyed being able to sit away from the crowds. The clerk who checked us out was particularly helpful. The one who checked us in was harder to communicate with. I thought we had asked for an accessible shower when I made the reservation, however we were checked into a room with a bathtub/shower combo. "The toilet in my room was unclean. It took over 2 hours to get someone to clean it. I had to call Expedia. The staff that came to clean was very rude to me. The hotel has a smell that I didn’t understand. The coffee in the lobby was always cold. I didn’t enjoy my stay there."
