"A charming and cozy stay! Pettigru Place Bed and Breakfast is absolutely amazing—beautifully decorated, warm, and welcoming. It’s even better than the pictures and conveniently located close to downtown Greenville, SC. The atmosphere is peaceful and inviting, making it a perfect getaway. My only small recommendation would be to tone down the sugar at breakfast. While the pancakes were delicious, the cinnamon topping was a bit too sweet for my taste—maybe offer it on the side? "

"Our room was comfortable and well appointed. The $18.00 parking fee was not mentioned at the time of booking, however. On our last morning, we wanted to leave right after breakfast which was to start at 6:30. The ladies working that area did not have breakfast ready until 7:06 which put our leave time way behind. Not happy. "

"Did not realize that there would be valet parking available 24 hours. The room was nice, although the door was difficult to open as it stuck and I had to pull it shut to close/lock it. It met my needs for the time that I needed to stay. It was close to my events in Greenville. I did not get to enjoy the breakfast, so I cannot speak to much else. The staff was extremely nice."

"Perfectly located downtown, just a short two block walk or bike ride to the Swamp Rabbit Trail. Great parking and easy self-serve check in. The cottage shared spaces are well equipped (the kitchen especially) and the décor is fun, personal, and charming. We found our room to be spacious with comfortable bedding and a large bathroom. "Location is excellent. Amenities are great! Gym, pool, and parking were good. Even loved the conveniently pre-packaged ice bags! There is no sit down/done in restraunt in the hotel. There's a menu you order from. Only flaw is (reason for 4 instead of 5 stars) there was obvious smells of pets in the A/C's ducts - we all woke up with stuffy noses. "
