We always love staying at the Westin. It’s clean, friendly staff and perfect location in downtown Greenville! The spoonbread bar needs more afternoon staff, but they did well with the staff they had.

I’ve stayed at the Westin many times over the years. It is consistently good. Due to its location, historic feel, and great staff, I still think it’s the best hotel in the downtown area (and there are lots of new hotels!).

I love that it is in an historic building and that it is in middle of vibrant downtown area. It is pet friendly but no outdoor restaurant area for pets . Straight across from an excellent restaurant, Sobys. Staff were generally helpful .

Fabulous staff!!! Special thank you to John who came to our suite with strawberries and champagne to personally sing HAPPY BIRTHDAY to me!! His voice is amazing- and such a sweet, personal gesture!! The room was beautiful and the bed was super comfortable!!! Location!!!!! Right in the middle of beautiful downtown, Greenville!! We walked everywhere and felt completely safe!! Beautiful, historic building in a fun, vibrant city!

The Westin is fabulous for a getaway! It’s so beautiful and the staff is wonderful! The beds are super comfortable- much more than other downtown Greenville hotels. Rooms are spacious and well stocked.
