"The staff gave several conflicting statements regarding our reservation and repeatedly said "I'll have to check with the manager" and delayed the conflicting statements regarding room location, etc. There is construction - which they were transparent and proactive about communicating prior to arrival - but yet the noise and extent of the work was quite disruptive and made sitting by one of the pools almost impossible.
