"We arrived early ....and the check in time suppose to be 4pm ,but the room not available till 5pm ,we spoke with the Manager on duty but he didnt care he just told us to waIT till the room is ready. We check in after 5pm and the room was smell bad and the AC didnt work is very HOT inside, we called but they didnt come till the next morning. "Beautiful property. Great location. Nice pools. Good sized rooms. This place should be perfect. Two flaws (each costing one star in my review): 1: To sit on the beach, you have to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $60/day. I've never experienced that, not in California, the Hampton, Palm Beach or Jersey Shore. On top of it, they are the least comfortable chairs I've ever sat in. "In need of a remodel"

"The outside of the resort was wonderful, conveniently located to the beach and nearby restaurants. The room wasn’t very clean, the air conditioner leaked water in the floor, there was no functioning lock on the balcony door, and housekeeping was unreliable."

"Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again.
